Return & Exchange Policy
Return & Exchange Upon Delivery
• When the courier delivers your order, you may open the package, try the item, and check the size/fit while the courier waits.
• If you decide to return or exchange the product on the spot, you only pay the shipping fees.
• If you choose to return or exchange the product after the courier leaves, an additional shipping fee will be charged again for the pickup.
Return Window
• Products can be returned within 5 days of receiving your order, as long as they are in their original condition, unused, and not washed.
Inspection Process
• Once the returned item is received, it will be photographed and inspected to verify its condition before completing the process.
Return Pick-Up Time
• Cairo & Giza: 2–3 business days
• Other Governorates: 2–4 business days
Non-Returnable Items
• Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Refund Eligibility
• Refunds are issued only after the product is picked up and inspected.
• Items must be in their original condition and unused.
Refund Method
• Refunds are processed:
• Cash through the courier
• Or via bank transfer
• Refunds are completed immediately upon pickup, or within 24 hours maximum after the courier receives the item.
Defective Products
• If the item you received is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
Return Shipping Fees
• If the return happens upon delivery, you only pay the shipping fee once.
• If the return happens after the courier leaves, shipping will be charged again for the pickup.
